Well-Heeled: New Fashion Week Spa Treatments
As fashion weeks kick off around the globe, spas in the most stylish Four Seasons destinations are offering foot- and leg-pampering treatments for the stiletto set.
Whoever said that beauty is pain was only half right. This fall, fashionistas everywhere will be hitting the pavement around the globe—but that doesn’t mean their feet have to suffer. Luckily, Four Seasons is here to help soothe the tired extremities of stiletto-clad trendsetters as they set a stylish pace in fashion capitals from New York to Tokyo.
Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week kicks off September 6 in the Big Apple, and the Spa at Four Seasons Hotel New York is offering the City Feet and Legs Toning treatment to help rebalance and reharmonize the body (feet first, of course) after a day full of show-hopping. A bit farther north, Four Seasons Hotel Toronto follows suit by unveiling the Survival on Stilettos treatment, which includes an invigorating foot scrub using orange peel and Moroccan oil, followed by a mini hot stone massage, a Bye Bye Puffy Eye treatment and reflexology.
Four Seasons spas will also be catering to fashion’s hard-working feet in Europe, with specially created treatments such as the Express Foot Ritual at Four Seasons Hotel Milano, the Fashionista Foot Soothing Treatment at Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris and the Foot Freshener for Fashionistas at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane. Farther east, the Tokyo Feet Revival treatment at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo aims to restore feet and legs, banishing fatigue and swelling with a special massage technique using a moisture-rich cream.
No matter where this season’s fashion takes you, each of these treatments will provide a welcome respite from days spent strutting in sky-high heels, and will make putting your best foot forward that much easier.
