A spa getaway can do wonders for your peace of mind. Take it one step further this fall with a four-day wellness weekend at Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea. “Our wellness series introduces guests to something new in the realm of wellness that they may not have experienced before, and our goal is that people will use this information when they return home to further their health and well-being. Both health-conscious guests and curious novices are welcome,” says Pat Makozak, senior director of The Spa at Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea. Led by a different expert each week, these events are free to guests staying at the Resort, and only $25 for non-guests. There are also private sessions available.

You’ll have the opportunity to hear from pioneers in a variety of health fields such as holistic medicine, Reiki, sound and vibrational healing, meditation, energy healing, naturopathy, fitness and high-performance exercise, and more.

Experts on Hand

• Dr. Debra Greene, author of the acclaimed book, Endless Energy: The Essential Guide to Energy Health, who has developed an integrative technique to bring about conscious transformation. Her life’s work is to study and master the realm of human energy.
• Learn about traditional Hawaiian healing methods from Kahuna Bula Logan, owner of the Malama Na Pua Healing Centre, and part of a long line of native Hawaiian healers.
• Mari Winsor, one of the most respected fitness experts in the world, has shaped and toned numerous celebrities with her signature brand of Pilates.
• Internationally recognised Reiki Grand Master Phyllis Lei Furumoto can also talk about this hands-on healing practice.
