21. South Side on Lamar is headquarters for Dallas fashion entrepreneurs like Abi Ferrin whose studio houses racks of her flowing jersey and silk charmeuse tanks, skirts and dresses. Ferrin will show her spring 2011 collection at New York Fashion Week. Privately owned by the Nasher family, North Park Center (pictured) sets the tone for Dallas fashionistas with its high-end fashion events and shops.
