“My time of day is the dark time, a couple of deals before dawn . . .” wrote Broadway composer Frank Loesser of his beloved New York City. It’s a magic time, when the streets exude excitement and dark glamour. Journey through this world of half shadows with our agent and his mysterious companion—who clearly are dressed to kill—and experience stylish New York after dark.

While sampling the delights of New York City’s dramatic scene, bask in comfort at the sumptuous Four Seasons Hotel New York.

Inspired by photography at 18, Ponce, Puerto Rico–born Arnaldo Anaya-Lucca worked his way up from salesman at the Ralph Lauren flagship store in New York in 1988 to fashion stylist in 1995, when he had his first photography assignment for the company. He left Ralph Lauren in 1997 to pursue photography full time and has since contributed to a variety of magazines.
