Caramelised Pear Martini Recipe:
1 1/2 ounces Grey Goose pear vodka
1/2 ounce brown spice (mix of simple syrup, cinnamon, clove, anise, nutmeg)
1 ounce caramel (Four Seasons Boston infuses this ingredient with apple cider)
Squeeze of fresh orange juice
Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Shake all ingredients together and strain. Finish with a splash of ginger beer and orange-zested rim.
