This year, Executive Chef Brooke Vosika and his Bristol Lounge team at Four Seasons Hotel Boston will take you on a culinary trip around the world—in burgers, that is. Throughout the month of May, Vosika’s “Around the World in Burgers” menu features a different burger each day that’s inspired by destinations in Europe, Asia, Latin America or elsewhere in the U.S.

Denver diners love burgers, and Executive Chef Simon Purvis of EDGE Restaurant & Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Denver took notice. EDGE recently expanded its burger options and is giving guests the option of creating their own. With a selection of patties that includes Black Angus beef, buffalo, organic chicken, multigrain vegetable and ahi tuna steak, guests can also choose from an array of 15 toppings.

Burger lovers have been drawn to Bourbon Steak at Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC, for quite some time with the restaurant’s tempting selection. The Oak-Fired Prime Steak Burger is a guest favourite, but this Burger Month, Executive Chef Adam Sobel is creating a special burger every week to celebrate. May specialties include the meatball-laden Pork Store Burger, the Pastrami Burger and the In-N-Out-inspired BSDC Double Double Burger.

At One-Ninety at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, the Wagyu Burger is the signature dish—and with good reason. Australian Wagyu beef yields a smooth, velvety and juicy taste; here, it’s fired on a signature applewood grill that brings out even more flavour, then topped with applewood confit tomatoes and horseradish mayonnaise.

In the U.S., the month of May is National Burger Month. From hearty Boston burgers inspired by international locales to custom creations in Denver, Four Seasons restaurants around the country (and the world) are serving up some tantalizing options for those looking for a bit of adventure sandwiched by a bun. And while the quintessential burger typically means beef, vegetarians and non-beef-eaters won’t be left out with myriad offerings including ahi tuna, turkey and multigrain vegetable. So put down your forks, roll up those sleeves and grab a few napkins—or just let these burgers inspire a craving.
