The 13 episodes in the series’ first season, premiering September 2011 on select public broadcasting stations in the U.S., explore the French heritage behind various regional cuisines and allow you to try your hand at some favourite recipes of top chefs.

I am trying to locate a recipe from Chef Ashley James of the 4 Seasons Beverly Hills for almond cake. It appeared in Bon Appetit but I don’t know what issue–a number of years ago. Thanks.

I desperately need and want the recipes from episode #113 of Cuisine Culture with Chef Shaul Ben Aderet. I have company coming in 2 weeks, and want to prepare these dishes. I have looked and looked on line and CAN NOT find them. Any help in this matter would be GREATLY appreciated!!
