In the series Cuisine Culture, Ashley James, executive chef at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, examines how Old and New World culinary influences intersect. The 13 episodes in the series’ first season, premiering September 2011 on select public broadcasting stations in the U.S., explore the French heritage behind various regional cuisines and allow you to try your hand at some favourite recipes of top chefs.
