1. Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea, Maui, Hawaii
Haleakala National Park is Maui‘s must-see attraction. You can drive to the volcano’s peak in just 90 minutes, hike the summit in half a day or even drive up and ride bikes down. You will pass through as many different ecological zones as you would driving from Canada to Mexico. Haleakala is also home to more endangered species than any other U.S. National Park.

3. Four Seasons Hotel Prague
The Veletrzní Palác once was considered the best gallery in Prague. But it now has a rival in Lobkowicz Palace, which houses one of the world’s most extraordinary private art collections: works by Bruegel, Canaletto, Cranach and Velasquez, whose portrait of the Infanta Margarita Teresa is its jewel. In addition to its collection of paintings, the museum has decorative arts, books, musical instruments and autograph manuscripts by Mozart, Haydn and Beethoven.

7. Four Seasons Hotel Firenze
Given what great patrons of the arts the Medici family members were, it’s hardly surprising that Florence hosts one of Europe’s great music festivals, Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, which runs April 1 through June 30. Featuring concerts, opera and ballet, it attracts world-class soloists and orchestras. Zubin Mehta is music director of its resident orchestra.
