Belize
The Toledo Cacao Fest Chocolate Week is an experiential immersion in all things cocoa, from cultivation to production, plus a visit to the festival. The week of events—occurring twice yearly in February and May—concludes with participants producing their very own limited-run chocolate bars to take home.
